1. Goto http://www.wampserver.com/en/
2. Download ( you can use direct download links 64bit 32bit )
Install
3. Open
4. Click “Run”
5. Click “Yes”
6. Click “Next >”
7. Select “I accept the agreement” and click “Next >” 
8. Click “Next >”
9. Click “Next >”
10. Click “Install” 
11. Wait 
12. Click “Open”

13. Click “Next >” 
14. Click “Finish” 
Configure
15. Click “Yes” 
16. It works 
18. Click it 
19. Go to Apache > Services > Install Service 
20. Allow 
Test
21. Access to http://localhost/ or http://127.0.0.1/
